Long, light and strong. The Titan Long-N-Lite shield brings two worlds together: long pipe and lighter excavators. Now you can lay longer pipe without increasing your equipment cost. Our innovative engineering allows for thicker steel on the perimeter, where it’s needed, while the continuous vertical and horizontal formed steel members give extreme strength in the trench. Its all-steel design features pounding pads, reinforced knife edge, as well as continuous horizontal and vertical steel members, for maximum durability and life in the trench.

The Titan Drive Box moves fast in narrow excavations. Our all-steel Drive Box has a solid-welded, double wall design, and is engineered with built-in racking adapters and robust pounding pads to help rapidly drive and move the box in tight excavations. High taper reinforced knife edge increases pipe area, allowing for an even tighter trench. Uninterrupted reinforced vertical steel members result in “no bend ends,” and perfectly positioned lift points mean easy handling.

It’s a cross between a drag box system and a slide rail system. The system is assembled from standard components of a drag box, socket rails, and rolling spreaders.
